When ordering bag filters, indicate the Micron Size of the Filter Media and the Quantities Required.

SIZING

  • 1 Micron = .001 millimeters
  • 1 Inch = 25.4 millimeters
  • 1 Micron = .00003937 inches

    EXAMPLE A: Given a filtering requirement of 200 microns, Particle Size = 200 x .00003937 inches = .00787 inches

    EXAMPLE B: Given a filtering requirement of .050 inches, Micron Size = .050 inches ÷ .00003937 inches = 1272 microns Use a 800 micron bag or less
