Sealed For Life ROller Turns
Optional WEBB-STILES Silver Seal roller turn rollers are designed for use on 3", 4", and 6" systems and by eliminating the need to relubricate, they can reduce maintenance requirements for your system. The bearings are full complement type consisting of two rows of 1/2" diameter precision ground steel balls, 10 balls per row. The roller face, outer bearing race and inner bearing race are all precision machined and deep cabon hardened to 62 Rockwell C. ROllers are packed with high quality grease during manufacture and sealed with a special felt seal and two metal rings. Rolls have a rated capacity of 2100 lbs. at 100 rpm. Roller can be packed with high temperature grease.
