OPCO Conveyor Chain and Trolley Wheel Cleaner
OPCO's OP-8 Series Chain and Trolley Wheel Cleaner is designed to remove unwanted dirt, rust, scale, paint and chemical residue from the chain, trolley wheels and trolley bracket of overhead conveyors. This compact, rugged cleaning system is simple to install and automatically cleans while your conveyor system is in operation.
The OP-8 fits every size of monorail conveyor. It eliminates product contamination from falling debris, improves product quality, reduces expen sive rework and rejects and eliminates costly and time consuming manual cleaning methods such as: chipping and hammering, sand blasting, burning and hand brushing.
NEW IMPROVEMENTS MAKE THE OP-8 EVEN BETTER!

Adjustment of brush tension is now accomplished by simply turning the new tension adjuster. No need to shut down your conveyor system. Eliminates downtime.

Newly designed cleaning brushes are contoured (stacked) according to your conveyor system's specific configuration, allowing for more efficient cleaning and longer brush life.
